Duress Phoenix lets you control the Duress App, without touching your phone.
You can check in, send a Team Alert or activate an emergency; all with just a click.
Check In with Phoenix.
Click your Duress Phoenix once to check in. Your Duress Phoenix will flash green to confirm you are checked in.
When you check in with the Duress Phoenix, you will also get a confirmation notification on your phone.
To check out, tap the check-out notification, or open the app and tap Check Out.
If you have enabled Auto Check Out, you will be automatically checked out as soon as you leave the location.
Team Alert with Phoenix.
Click your Duress Phoenix twice to send a Team Alert. Your Duress Phoenix will flash orange to confirm your alert has been sent.
When you send a Team Alert with Duress Phoenix, you will also get a confirmation notification on your phone.
To cancel the alert, tap the alert notification or open the app and tap Cancel Team Alert.
Emergency with Duress Phoenix.
Click your Duress Phoenix three times to declare an emergency. Your Duress Phoenix will flash red to confirm your alert has been sent.
When you declare an emergency with your Duress Phoenix you will also receive a notification on your lock screen.
To cancel the emergency, tap the emergency notification or open the Duress App and tap Cancel Emergency.

Extend the Timer.
You can extend your check-in timer at any time by tapping on the notification on your lock screen. You can also check out from this notification as well.
Timer Reminders.
When you timer is running low, you will receive notifications at the 5 minute mark and 1 minute mark, asking you to either extend the timer or to check out.
Timer Expired.
When your Safety Timer has reached zero and you haven’t checked out or responded to the notifications, a Team Alert will be sent to your team.
Discrete Activation.
Duress Phoenix lets you control the Duress App without touching your phone.
