DuressCare+ must be added within 60 days of your original device purchase.
What's covered.
Accidental loss and damage
Up to 2 incidents of accidental loss or damage every 12 months, each subject to a service fee. Replacement devices are new or equivalent to new.
Priority expert support
Direct access to Duress technical experts via chat or phone at knowledge.duress.com. Because Duress builds the hardware and software, we resolve most issues in a single conversation.
Battery service
Free battery replacement if your device battery retains less than 80% of its original capacity.

- DuressCare+ must be purchased within 60 days of your original device purchase date.
- Coverage begins on your DuressCare+ purchase date, not your device purchase date.
- Each incident is subject to a service fee — see per-device table above.
- Maximum of 2 replacement incidents per device per 12 months of coverage.
- Unused incidents expire at renewal. Your next 12-month period starts with 2 fresh incidents.
- Replacement devices may be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
- DuressCare+ benefits are in addition to rights provided by Australian consumer law.
- Service coverage applies only to the original purchased device and its included accessories.
