When Duress is the right answer
Choose Duress when the alarm needs a guaranteed human, and the worker may not be able to reach a phone. Duress routes every alert to an accredited 24/7 monitoring centre as standard (ASIAL A1 in AU, NSI Gold in UK, 7-second median pickup) rather than a dashboard by default or an optional add-on, and pairs the app with wearable hardware: a Bluetooth card, a 4G device with indoor positioning, and a live-streaming body-worn camera. For aggression-facing roles, the difference between a monitored wearable and a phone app is the product.
