Nine questions. The policy writes itself around your answers as you go, and downloads as a Word document you can take straight to approval. No signup, and nothing you type leaves this page.

What to do with it
- Read it through and change anything that does not match how you actually work. A policy that describes an imaginary organisation is worse than none.
- Check the check-in frequency against your risk assessment rather than the other way round.
- Have the accountable person approve and date it, and put the review date in a calendar someone owns.
- Brief it to staff. A policy nobody has read protects nobody.
